When will I receive my order?
The amount of time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse and arrive at the local delivery carrier is different depending on the product type and destination country. It may take from 6-12 business days. For further information, please read our shipping policy.
Where do you ship from?
Original paintings are carefully packed and shipped from my studio in the Netherlands. Canvas prints are produced on demand by my professional print partner at the production facility closest to you, for example in Prague or Barcelona for customers in Europe and in London for the UK. This keeps delivery fast and helps avoid customs.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time
Every canvas print is made to order, especially for you. Production time depends on the size and finish of your print. In most cases it takes 2 to 3 business days, occasionally up to 5 to 6 business days.
Shipping time
As soon as your print is ready, it is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
How can I pay for my order?
I offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card (such as VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY, etc.). Therefore, you can choose the most suitable one for you.
